This recipe for Jack Daniels Sauce Recipe is exactly like the sauce in the famous american restaurant. Enjoy this with ribs, chicken wings, burgers, pork chops, you name it and you can add this sauce!!
Prep Time: 5 mins
Cooking Time: 50 mins
Total Time: 55 mins
1 tsp of Garlic Salt
15ml olive oil
200ml pineapple juice
60ml teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp. Soy sauce
300grams dark brown sugar
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
1 small Red onion, finely chopped
30-50ml Jack Daniels Whiskey – dependant to taste
1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
1 tbsp Worcester sauce
Combine the water, pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, & cayenne pepper in a medium saucepan over medium high heat.
Stir occasionally until mixture boils. Reduce the heat until mixture is just simmering.
Add remaining ingredients to the pan and stir.
Let mixture simmer for 50 minutes, or until sauce has reduced by half and is thick and syrupy.
Make sure it doesn’t boil over otherwise you will have a difficulty cleaning your hob if it does!!
If you have any left over sauce put it in a container a freeze, otherwise it will be fine in the fridge for up to 5 days.
