This is my delicious fresh Italian meatball recipe which you can use them for a meatball sub sandwich using my spicy marinara sauce or spaghetti bolognese and meatballs, either way they are beautiful.

250g beef mince
250g pork mince
100g parmesan cheese
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
Handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
Plain flour, to coat
Mix all the ingredients (apart from the olive oil) together in a large bowl with your hands.
Next roll small balls with wet hands and place on a baking tray.
Now you just need to dust and coat them with plain flour which will help the meatballs to crust up on the outside when you cook them. At this stage, if you want, you can freeze them to use another day.
To cook the meatballs, drizzle some olive oil and heat in a frying pan over a medium heat, then add the meatballs a batch at a time and brown them all over and/or until they are cooked.
Now you can use the meatballs in the dish you want.
